Does submitting a request reserve my date?
No. We first review availability and your event details. Your date is reserved only after approval and receipt of the required deposit.
How much is the deposit?
After your request is approved, a 10% deposit is required to reserve the date. Payment instructions are provided with your approval.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
No. Applicable sales tax and any additional charges are calculated after we review the complete request.
Are delivery, setup and pickup included?
These details depend on the items, event location, access and setup conditions. We confirm all delivery, setup and pickup charges before you reserve.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita. Send your event address so we can confirm service and delivery costs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend sending your request as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates. Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is approved and the deposit is received.
Can I combine draping colors or choose a dance-floor style?
Yes. You may select multiple draping colors and choose a white, black, or black-and-white dance floor. Final color and product availability is confirmed with your request.
What information is needed for an outdoor setup?
Please tell us whether the surface is grass, concrete or dirt, and mention stairs, narrow entrances, long carrying distances or other access limitations. Weather-related arrangements are reviewed for each event.
